Swedish/Relaxation Massage Generally known as relaxation massage. The primary outstanding characteristics to the treatment session consists of light pressure and gliding strokes. Treatment focus is to increase circulation, improve well being, and overall relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue and is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury. People often feel sore for one to two days after deep tissue massage.
Sports Massage Sports massage is specifically designed for people who are involved in physical activity. But you don't have to be a professional athlete to have one-it's also used by people who are active and workout often. The focus isn't on relaxation but on preventing and treating injury and enhancing athletic performance.
Myofascial Release(MFR) MFR is a manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. It is an effective therapeutic approach in relief of cervical pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, neurological dysfunction, restriction of motion, chronic pain, and headaches. *Each MFR treatment is performed directly on skin without oils/lotions, which may cause some discomfort during treatment.
Trigger Point Therapy Also known as neuromuscular therapy consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm. Pressure is applied with the fingers, knuckles, and/or elbow in ten to thirty second intervals to effectively alleviate the muscle spasm. Neuromuscular therapy works by relaxing the muscle in order to release stored lactic acid (aka "knots") and encourage blood and oxygen circulation to the muscle to avoid the production of more lactic acid. The therapeutic pressure and massage typically produces initial soreness and "good pain" in muscle tissue.
Prenatal Massage 60/$110 or 90/$150: A relaxing treatment for the mother-to-be that relieves body aches and other pains experienced during pregnancy. This massage is performed while client is side lying and also semi-supine. *Must be over 12 weeks to receive massage *Must be over 12 weeks to receive massage!
Back Facial with Massage $160/90min: Back facials can be beneficial in cleansing those tough-to-reach spots, targeting a variety of skincare needs such as clogged pores, back acne, and dehydrated skin. This treatment mimics many of the traditional techniques used while performing treatments for the face. It incorporates deep cleansing, steam, extractions, and purifying masks and ends with a full body massage.
On-Site Chair Massage: $150/hr

Chair Massages are a guaranteed way to bring a positive atmosphere to any function, like parties, events, schools and office/work places. Get your quick fix with a chair massage from a 10 min session to a 30 min session, it's all up to you!
