Cheryl has been in the Spa Industry since 2003 and is a graduate of both Assabet Valley and Cortiva Institute, licensed in both Esthetics and Massage Therapy as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Swedish Massage, Cupping, Hot Stone and is also certified in Reiki.     

Her massage is ideal for clients looking for more of an Integrative Therapeutic approach. This includes deeply focusing in on a problem area such as neck and shoulders while also addressing the whole body stress relief, creating an exceptionally healing and nurturing bodywork session. Her main interest is the well-being of her clients. “My favorite thing is when I can truly help someone to overcome their pain or discomfort, be it physically or mentally.”
